This Privacy Policy explains how [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use getbonus.win (the “Service”) — the gift page you reach from a partner’s checkout page.

1. What we collect

Shoppers do not need to register, and we do not collect their name, email address, phone number or payment details. For shoppers we collect only technical information needed to run the Service and measure its performance:

• the ID of the partner store that referred you and the order/transaction ID it passed to us;
• actions on the Service: widget views and clicks, wheel spins and results, gift list views and which offers you click;
• a random session identifier, traffic source and UTM parameters;
• the referring page address and your browser’s user agent;
• the date and time of each action.

Partnership applications. If you send us a partnership application from our home page, we collect what you enter in the form — your name, company, website, email, messenger handle and message — together with your country (derived from your IP address) and browser user agent. We use this only to review your application and contact you about a partnership, and delete it on request.

2. How we use it

• to show you the gifts available for your purchase;
• to attribute clicks and conversions to partner stores and offers;
• to measure and improve the Service;
• to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. The Service stores a small amount of data in your browser’s session storage (for example, your wheel result) so the page works correctly if you reload it. This data is deleted when you close the tab.

4. Third-party offers

When you click “Get it”, you are redirected to the offer provider’s website through a referral link. The link may include the partner ID, the transaction ID and a click ID so the provider can attribute your visit. Once you leave the Service, the provider’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share aggregated statistics with partner stores, attribution data with offer providers as described above, and data with hosting and infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf.

6. Retention

We keep event data for [24 months], then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to object to its processing. Since we do not know who you are, please include your order/transaction ID in your request so we can find the related records.
