Questions
Does it affect processing, KYC or card issue?
No. The gift widget appears only after the operation is complete — after the card is issued, a top-up is credited or an exchange is done. Processing, KYC checks, limits and card issue stay entirely on your side and are not touched. The widget loads separately, so even if it is unavailable, your main flow keeps working.
What customer data do you receive?
No personal data: only your partner ID and a technical click ID in the link, which is enough to attribute confirmed actions. Names, documents, wallet addresses, card numbers and balances stay with you. A customer enters their own details only on the partner service if they choose to activate a gift.
Will competing financial products be offered?
No. Other crypto cards, exchangers, brokers, loans and gambling are never shown. Gifts are complementary digital services — VPN, eSIM, AI tools, streaming, language learning and hosting — that crypto card holders already spend on. You can also switch off any individual offer in the partner cabinet.
Our exchanger lives in Telegram, without a website. Will it work?
Yes. Add an inline “Get gifts” button to the bot message that confirms the exchange. It opens the gift page in Telegram’s in-app browser, so no website, SDK or app is needed. Telegram exchangers can launch this way in about two business days.
Our customers are from different countries. Are the gifts the same?
No — the set is matched to each customer’s country automatically. Offers that are unavailable or restricted in a region are hidden, so customers only see gifts they can activate. Results by country are visible in the partner cabinet.
How does this compare with cashback for card holders?
Cashback is paid from your own margin and grows with every transaction. Gifts are funded by advertisers: the customer gets a trial, discount or bonus credit, and you receive a payout when they activate it. It is a loyalty perk that adds revenue instead of costing it.
When are gifts shown to crypto card users?
At the moments when the customer is satisfied: right after the card is issued, after the first top-up is credited, after a successful exchange or in the bot message that confirms the operation. You choose one or several of these moments and how often the widget appears.
How do we receive payouts?
Payouts are calculated from actions confirmed by advertisers and CPA networks and paid in USD after confirmation. The partner cabinet shows your balance, pending amounts and payout history, and every offer lists its rate and what counts as a conversion.
How much does the connection cost?
Nothing — it’s us who pay you. You don’t pay for setup, impressions or anything else: you receive a payout for every confirmed action of your customers. The rates for each offer are shown in the partner cabinet.
Why are confirmed actions low at first?
Advertisers and CPA networks verify actions with a delay — from a few days to a few weeks. The cabinet shows clicks, pending and confirmed actions separately, so you always see what is “on the way”.
